CHENNAI: Engineer Estates (Madras) Private Limited, a Chennai based realty development company, announced the launch of their affordable luxury villa project called ‘Park City.’

Balasubramanian, Director-Engineers Estates (Madras) Private Limited said.

With the enthusiastic response to the launch, the company proposed to go in for more such gated community projects at the company’s existing land bank, he added.
